Transcoding Network was temporarily degraded
Resolved - Between 11:04 and 11:05 AM CEST time, we noticed the temporary network degradation of one of our third-party providers. This outage lasted for around 30 seconds and led to some live Transcodings being impacted/degraded.

We do not see any further issues currently, and the outage did not repeat. We are investigating the cause and are in talks with the provider.

Scheduled - Dear SDN user,

During this maintenance window, we will perform maintenance on our ingest [de-origin-ingest-live-02.3qsdn.com].

We need to change internal networking parameters.

We do expect encoder connections to drop for a few seconds, resulting in an immediate restart on active streams. In case there is an automatic failover configured, the stream will fail over to the other ingest temporarily.
