Scheduled for Nov 17, 22:00 UTC - Nov 18, 01:00 UTC

Scheduled

Dear SDN user,

During this maintenance window, we will perform regular maintenance on our ingest [de-origin-ingest-live-02.3qsdn.com].

Additionally we will change the IP address of the ingest. We do expect encoder connections to drop for at least 60 seconds. Depending on your encoder, a manual restart might be necessary.

New IP: 37.58.31.31
(Old IP: 31.7.180.148)

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support team.

Please be advised, there is a similar change also queued up for de-origin-ingest-live.3qsdn.com the previous week.

Kind regards,
Your 3Q Team
