During this maintenance window, we will perform maintenance on our ingest [at-origin-ingest-live.3qsdn.com].

We will change the underlying IP addresses:

OLD IPv4: 82.199.131.9
NEW IPv4: 167.235.244.250

We do expect encoder connections to drop for some time in this timeframe.

In case your encoder needs hard coded IP addresses, you must change it to the new IP address afterwards.
In case your corporate firewall was allowlisting the IP address, please also add the new IP address to the allow list.
In case there is a stream, you need to restart your encoder.
