The underlying machine serving de-origin-ingest-live.3qsdn.com experienced a hardware issue and unexpectedly reset.

After booting up, all live stream signals on the machine came back. It took a few minutes to recover. In case you had automatic failover activated on the stream, the other ingest signal would have been processed.
